Shipping & Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing Belucci Collective. Because we offer considered, made-to-order pieces, our logistical and returns policies differ from off-the-shelf retail.
1. Shipping & Delivery Timelines
Standard Orders: Orders using our standard templates are processed and dispatched within the regular processing timeline.
Bespoke Orders: If your order involves a fully unique design, production timelines may shift. Please expect dispatch 3 business days after the final design is confirmed.
2. Refund Policy
No Refunds/Cancellations: Due to the made-to-order nature of our pieces, refunds or order cancellations may not be available once production begins.
Quality Check Assurance: Each piece undergoes a careful quality review before it is packaged and handed to our shipping partner.
3. Resend Order Clause (Our Mistakes)
If we make a clear production error, we will reprint and resend your order free of charge under the following conditions:
There is a clear spelling error made on our end that deviates from your original submitted order text.
There is a noticeable technical print error (such as misaligned cuts, extreme colour bleeding, or ink smudges) that renders the product imperfect.
To claim a replacement, please email a clear photo of the issue within 48 hours of receiving the package.
