Accuracy of Information: The customer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all submitted details. Belucci Collective will produce orders exactly as provided in the checkout form.

Bespoke Nature: Our products are made to order. Once production begins, changes may not be accommodated.

2. Customer Approval / Sign-Off

For fully bespoke designs, production begins only after explicit confirmation or digital sign-off. Delays in approval may extend the production timeline.

3. Intellectual Property

All artwork, templates, website graphics, layouts, and descriptions featured on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of Belucci Collective and may not be reproduced without written consent.

4. Limitation of Liability

Belucci Collective is not liable for errors resulting from incorrect information submitted at the time of order placement.
